Our Process

If you’re curious about ceramics for your restaurant, boutique, or café, here’s how we can get started:

1. Introduce Yourself: Send an email to kiln9.ceramics@gmail.com with the following details:

• Who you are and what project you’re working on, including its location.

• Quantities and styles you are looking for.

• Whether you’re seeking custom branding or exclusive product designs.

• Your project timeline.

2. Design Proposal: After learning more about your needs, I’ll share tailored questions and provide a price list of available options. For custom work, I’ll develop designs that align with your project goals.

3. Turnaround & Delivery: Our production timeline is a minimum of 12 to 15 weeks. Once we confirm that your timeline is realistic for our current production schedule, we’ll proceed with creating your bespoke ceramics.

4.  Design Fee (When Applicable): For custom projects requiring significant design input or samples, a design fee may apply. This fee ensures I can dedicate the time and attention needed to produce high-quality samples while providing clarity on adjustments to costs and delivery timelines.
